We target every muscle of the body with over three thousand exercises encompassing three exercise methods, and limitless choreography to design customized programs for your individual needs and wellness goals. At PR Pilates, we also believe that your education begins after your session ends, which is why we have created PR Vie; a quick reference lifestyle guide designed for those busy bodies on the go.  PR Vie gives clients exclusive access to additional wellness tips, recipes, the Food Programme, travel guides, fashion, culture notes and more... Consider it your continued support system.

PR Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates and Barre studio. We are proud to offer private, semi-private, and small group classes on Garuda, Balanced Body, and Gratz apparatus. PR Pilates exclusively uses Hale Barre Systems and Ther-a-Band band systems for PRbarre Progressions classes.
